Homework Week of4/15 Kindergarten

ELA and Math worksheets will be sent home the day of.

Students will be working on position words and reviewing 3D shapes. Please review terms; above, below, besides, next to, in front of, behind.  In ELA students will be discussing how to take care of different kinds of pets. We will be working on letter sounds /g/, /w/, and sight words they, of. 
Show and Tell will be on Thursday, please assist your child in finding any item that begins with either g or w.
Wednesday, April 17th - Chapter 10 Math Test
*Autism Awareness Day – students are asked to donate a $1 and wear blue. 
*Kindergarten, 3rd and 4th grade will be dying Easter eggs in the afternoon. Kindergarten will go on an Easter egg Scavenger Hunt provided by Miss Sarah and myself. (This is a surprise; please do not tell the studentsīŠ) 
Thursday, April 18th – 11 AM Dismissal (NO AFTERCARE)
Friday, April 19th- School is closed until Monday April 29th. 
********************Due to the short week, homework assignments will be doubled. ********************
Monday: 4/15/19
Math: Complete Go Math pgs 619, 620.
ELA: Complete Wonders pgs 193, 194. In red homework book, use vocabulary words responsibility and train in a sentence and draw a picture. 
Tuesday: 4/16/19
Math: Complete Go Math pgs 625, 626, 631 and 632.
ELA: Complete Wonders pgs 197, 198 and read Wonders story A lot of Fun. In red homework book, use vocabulary word depend in a sentence and draw a picture.
Wednesday: 4/17/19 
Math: No homework. Please congratulate your child on completing their Chapter 10 Go Math Test.  
ELA: Complete Wonders pgs195, 196, 201, 202. In red homework book, write vocabulary words compared and social  in a sentence and draw a picture. 
Thursday: 4/18/19 -11 AM Dismissal (NO AFTERCARE)
*WORK ON LENTEN EGG PROJECT. THEY ARE DUE AT THE RETURN OF BREAK. 
Friday: 4/19/19 –Good Friday (SCHOOL CLOSED)

If you are going away before Thursday, please let me know so that I can get the students Easter goodies together before hand.
